The Voter Registrars Association of Virginia is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of honesty and integrity; supporting transparent, accessible, and impartial, elections in every locality; providing professional and educational opportunities to all members; and facilitating discussion and implementation of legislation and its impact on the election process.

Membership is open to all Virginia General Registrars, Deputy Registrars, former members who no longer hold the office of General or Deputy Registrar, and General Registrars who retire in office and were members of the Association for 5 years.
